McDonald’s is the first and the sole American company to open a chain of restaurants in Romania. The company currently owns 67 restaurants in 21 cities – 32 restaurants in Bucharest and 35 in the rest of the country, receiving more than 150,000 every day. McDonald’s has more than 4,000 employees in Romania and is designated every year as one of the best Romanian employers according to AON Hewitt.
